Rules and Regulations
- No entry fee is required.
- One entry in each category per individual. Every student may summit one in Chinese and one in English.
- Entries are advised to be submitted online. To avoid submission failure due to congested network traffic, participants are advised to submit early.
- Only original, non-award winning, non-published (online/offline) entries will be accepted. Plagiarised, translated, previously-published, award-winning, co-authored submissions will not be accepted and will result in disqualification of the entrant and possibly the school. Award-winning entries found with the above terms will result in the return of all prizes, trophies, certificates, and a written apology.
- Entries that exceed the specified word limit will be disqualified.
- Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges.
- The decision of the Organiser and Co-organisers shall be final.
- The Organiser and Co-organisers retain the rights to publish and distribute all entries, and reserve the rights to use the entries for promotion and any other purposes deemed necessary. Participants shall not have any right to edit, modify, object or request the take down of, and shall not have any intellectual property rights or interest.
- Participants once signed up for the Contest, agreed to accept the above Rules and Regulations, the terms and conditions as set out by the Organiser and Co-organisers. The Organiser and Co-organisers retain their sole discretion in deciding whether to accept application.
The Organiser and Co-organisers reserve the rights to interpret and amend the rules and regulations and details of the Contest, and assume no liability to participant(s). Information on the event website shall prevail. In the event of any disputes, the Organiser reserves the right of the final decision.
